Pumpkins, and Spice, and Photos are Nice!

Can you believe it? September just flew by, but what a great month, huh? It’s that so long summer, hello fall, we want you so bad month. We take it in and start to embrace it as much as possible, with giant open arms.
September is especially great for me. It was my birthday month! Birthdays are just so fun. I look forward to it every year. My kids and I did a lot of fun things to celebrate. My birthday is two days after theirs (I have twins!). We have what we call, “Birthday Week,” and just do and eat all of the fun things. This year, we ate a lot of delicious foods from various places, went to the trampoline park, visited a museum, and just took a break from the normal weekly tasks. It was a really great week for us!
I also ran a flash sale to celebrate!

Birthdays aside, I also had the pleasure of photographing some of my favorite little clients, kids! Kids are such a joy to photograph. They are so fast and on the move, plus it rained right in the middle. That makes for a memorable shoot. With the hot summer ending, how great is this rain? I love rain, so I am all here for it.
I also do events here an there and had the pleasure of working with a new dance studio. That was at treat! Dance and working with another local business always makes me happy.
Family sessions are in full swing and I am really looking forward to everyone that's on my schedule so far. It's so fun to see you and watch your families grow.

It always feels so perfect and special to get the pictures taken, cards printed, and all mailed.
And a side note, as my brain jumps to ideas.. Are you really into costumes and Halloween dress up? Maybe your family loves a good theme with everyone matching? How about a mini? Halloween minis would be so fun! Or even just the kids. They would love that.
